About this property

Millhouse: Private Pool + Dog Friendly Fenced Yard

  • LIVING ROOM: Couch, two lounge chairs, coffee table, smart TV, record player. Please note that the fireplace is NOT for guest use.

    KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and Keurig.

    GAME ROOM: NEW foosball table with lounge seating and board games.

    BEDROOM 1: King bed, two nightstands with light sconces, closet with hangers, blackout window shades.

    BEDROOM 2: Full size bunk beds, nightstand with lamp, closet with hangers, blackout window shades.

    NOTES:

    - Guests do not have access to laundry in-house. There is a public laundry mat just down the road.

    - Guests must sign a pool waiver before use. Pool is open May-September.

    - The house is dog friendly and has a fully fenced yard. Additional 75 dollars fee/stay. NO DOGS permitted in the pool. A 200 dollars fine may apply.

We enjoyed the home, the children loved the pool, there was a nice shade for us while we were watching our children in the pool. And a nice place to grill and a little fire pit. We chose not to use the fire pit or grill, but it was there. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. Great communication.
