On this houseboat, that holiday feeling begins the moment you step onto the gangway. You’ll experience the water all around you—both inside through the many windows and out on one of the terraces.

The centre of the charming “Eleven-City” of Stavoren, with its various terraces, is just around the corner. Even closer is a supermarket that provides everything you need to make your holiday complete, including fresh rolls in the morning. Conveniences nearby yet still being woken up by the birds—that’s the special combination you’ll find in this floating holiday home.

A swimming platform with a ladder is located right next to the houseboat, and a second ladder is at the front of the houseboat. This allows you to enjoy what is, so to speak, a natural outdoor pool.

The houseboat accommodates 2 to 4 people and is certainly spacious and luxurious for a boat. The interior is designed to ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable holiday in your alternative home.

As for the interior of the houseboat:
The boat has its own parking spot and a spacious terrace on the shore (approx. 75 m²), equipped with a large picnic table.

In the living room, you’ll find a three-person sofa, an armchair, a smart TV, and a round dining table with four chairs featuring armrests. There’s also Wi-Fi and a soundbar so you can listen to your own music. TV streaming is available via Wi-Fi. For example, you can use your own Netflix account on the small Smart TV. This is done via a Chromecast dongle.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop with an exhaust hood, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Additional amenities include a toaster and an immersion blender.

The houseboat has two bedrooms with closet space. The bedrooms are equipped with luxurious Swiss-Sense box-spring beds and comfortable mattresses. There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Bedding is included in the houseboat rental.

The bathroom features a shower stall, a sink, a toilet, and a heated towel rack. A hair dryer is provided. Towels are also provided.

Including the decks, the boat is 13 m long and 4.30 m wide. There is a deck at the front of the boat. The deck is furnished with four chairs with footstools and side tables for relaxing. The deck has a fantastic south-facing location and offers sun all day long. However, the deck at the rear of the boat also offers shade.

From the front deck, you have a view of the ships entering and leaving the harbour via the distinctive drawbridge. This private inner harbour has 32 berths.
