If you do not like loud humming noises every five minutes, never let them assign you room 327. I was initially given this room and told it was an upgrade, but it was like being underwater on a cruise ship at the bottom of an interior courtyard, and the room backs up to an elevator shaft that goes to the apartments above the hotel. Every few minutes there is a loud humming vibration, and the staff admitted it was very noisy. They were very nice about moving me, and my room on the sixth floor was excellent. Just don’t get stuck down in the dungeon.

I usually stay here when traveling for shows. The staff have always been the best people. The rooms are comfortable and the location is perfect. With a subway that gets you anywhere, including the airport, seconds away and the close proximity to any theatre it is perfect. I wish I would have been able to snag it for my next go around, but I will be back.
