Look forward to a uniquely and comfortably furnished holiday apartment in a completely eco-friendly holiday home. The "Mond" holiday apartment features a bright and spacious living-dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a dining table for 4 people.

The living room opens directly onto the wooden deck with a grill and into the garden. The rustic fireplace ensures warm and cosy evenings on cooler days. An ample supply of firewood is provided.
The two separate bedrooms are each designed to accommodate 2 people. Bedroom 1 features a double bed, a travel cot, and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2 is a loft bedroom with 2 single beds and a chest of drawers.
Bathroom with shower, sink, and washing machine. Separate toilet with sink.



At the house and in the garden: 1 parking space per holiday rental, firewood storage for the fireplace and grill, bike rack, and a play area in the garden with a view of the adjacent biotope.

The “Sonne” and “Mond” holiday apartments are individually furnished with an eye for detail. Each apartment sleeps 4 adults + 1 toddler and features two bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a double bed and a portable cot, and Bedroom 2 (a loft bedroom) with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, a hallway, and a kitchen-living room with a rustic fireplace and a practical kitchen. The living room opens directly onto the terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture, and leads to the small south-facing garden with an adjacent biotope.



This modern solid-wood structure was built entirely using eco-friendly methods and, in addition to its excellent wind resistance, features properties that not only insulate the interior against cold and heat but also store heat. The interior spaces maintain a consistent temperature, creating a very pleasant indoor climate.

The beaches of the seaside resort of Heiligendamm and the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn are just 5–7 km away. This holiday home is the perfect base for exploring the diverse Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast. From the quiet village of Steffenshagen, the colourful Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Rostock are less than an hour’s drive away, and the Baltic Sea beaches of Warnemünde and the Fischland-Darß-Zingst region are also well worth a day trip.
