Waterfront House with floating Boathouse, can sleep 7: 5 Adults and 2 Kids

Nature lovers do NOT want to miss this cabin. It is 80 steps away from the Steinhatchee River, and only 1.5 miles (5-minute drive) away from the Gulf of America. This is the perfect place for anyone who likes to boat, fish fresh or salt water, scallop, kayak, canoe, swim, bike, explore "real" Florida, or just sit back read, sunbathe, and relax beside the water.

The House is Modern and recently updated, very comfortable furnishings for an amazing stay. There is a deck for visiting or grilling outside. Sleeps 7. You are required to report the exact number of those visiting. The House has 3 bedrooms.

on Water for Fishing and Tying up your boat. Water depth is minimum of 8' with deep water all the way to the Gulf. The boat slips are reserved for owner's boats.

If you want peace and quiet….you’ve found it. The house is very comfortable and supplied well with linens, towels, etc. Scott is very accessible when needed. He was sincerely concerned when he found out we had a medical issue; he checked on us regularly during our stay. You don’t find that kind of people every day.

The cabin was clean and comfortable for the two of us. The place is peaceful and a short drive to multiple restaurants. The boat dock is great. We spent a few evenings sitting on the dock fishing or just enjoying the wildlife. The owners were great. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect ‘home base’

Perfect ‘home base’ for our scallop trip. The property is beautifully maintained and the dock was an added bonus for us. We were able to keep the boat there and it made it a breeze going in and out on our adventures for the day. The place is clean and has everything you need. We are already looking at when we can get there again!

Beautiful quiet stay

Nice clean place. It was nice to have the outside washing machine. We couldn’t get the dryer to work but we were able to line dry our items. Steinhatchee was hard hit by the hurricanes and is still recovering. We had some wonderful conversations with the local folks and feel for them as they work to recover. My wife has some back issues and a more supportive mattress would have been nice, but overall we had a wonderful time.
