  • Nature lovers do NOT want to miss this House . It is 80 steps away from the Steinhatchee River, and only 1.5 miles (5-minute drive) away from the Gulf of America. This is the perfect place for anyone who likes to boat, fish fresh or salt water, scallop, kayak, canoe, swim, bike, explore "real" Florida, or just sit back read, sunbathe, and relax beside the water.

    The House is Modern and recently updated that sleeps 7, very comfortable furnishings for an amazing stay. There is a 10' x 20' deck on the front of the house. You are required to report the exact number of those visiting. The House has 3 bedrooms.

    Floating Boat House has 42' of docking space
    on Water for Fishing and Tying up your boat. Water depth is minimum of 8' with deep water all the way to the Gulf. The boat slips are reserved for owner's boats.
