"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere made us feel at home. Location of our room requires us to walk up a few extra steps beyond the elevator level, and there were no hand rails for those steps. Location of the hotel was centrally located and near train station."

"What I didn’t like was complimentary breakfast has to be booked while booking or else you get stuck paying almost 40 Swiss franks per person. Shuttle service is free to and from airport there is a sign up too, yet I was charged $18 on my card after departure for shuttle service. I have already disputed those charges with my credit card. Please watch for such details or you will end up scrambling for breakfast in the morning or pay an unreasonable amount."
