The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation.
The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen.
Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

"Breakfast was just okay. The second day we were there, instead of giving us clean towels. They took their dirty towels that were on the floor and hung them on the rack, a set of clean towels. Call room service. Called room service, and there was no answer. No answer. Cold housekeeping, no answer. ..."

"First room, a pod, was not soundproof at all and was very dusty. We went to manager who responded appropriately and gave us a discount on a regular room and included breakfast. Good customer service, food was great and atmosphere was fun!"
