"We arrived well before the check in time, but the hostess gave us a room right away. We got to the hotel at 9:30am and were able to nap for hours in the cleanest and coziest room!! Highly recommend this hotel. The staff was beyond helpful! I really thought we would not be able to check in until 3pm. So grateful to check in and sleep a bit. We were in Albany to see our son who was on the USS Empire VII from Maritime."
