  • This two bedroom house gives you the feel of country living but without the hassle. Cozy house just a few miles to TSU campus with room for up to seven guests. Bedroom 1 has queen bed and a twin. Bedroom 2 has a king bed. There is also two comfy full size couches. The bathroom has full tub/shower. Roku TV in living room as well as bedroom 2. Fully equipped kitchen. Less than 1 mile from the square for boutique shopping!

TSU visit

We enjoyed our stay and it was perfect distance from the college. The location is a little loud on Morgan Mill road with all the traffic. The home is sound and warm in cold temperatures and wind. Needs some attention to paint on inside walls, ceiling, and woodwork. The floors are also well worn and varied in different rooms. Outside backyard was a mess with litter and downed branches. But in the winter, we were not able to use the backyard furniture. The home suited our needs for the weekend.
