"This property is in need of several updates. The staff seems inadequate. They seem under trained and incompetent. The hotel needs updating and mostly we found that most of the things in the hotel either weren't working or written adequate and not cleaned well. The staff were unaccommodating and did cost us time and money "

"The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. Nick at the front desk was patient and willing to help and answer any questions, we threw his way. The shuttle driver was also very nice and was sure to be prompt during our pick up and drop off. "
