"Hotel needs updating… It feels very tired. My room was what looked like an old dilapidated shed in the back of the hotel. Room was as clean as possible… But rug looked ancient, side table was put together with plywood and a white tablecloth. Three very large dining rooms with absolutely nobody in them. Would not recommend staying here."

"Great pre-arrival service with emails sharing possible local sites and places to eat. Then, such a warm welcome on arrival. Great room and we had wonderful views down into Perth. Perth was within easy walking distance. The lounge with the wood burning fire in the evening was cozy and a great environment to enjoy a wee dram. Great breakfast."

"Myself, mother and sister shared the family room which was comfortable and spacious. We felt at home straight away, which was largely down to the staff who were welcoming and friendly. They were efficient and professional while still maintaining a very helpful and personable approach. The breakfasts were very organised, offered a range of options that could be customised to suit all preferences. We had the full breakfast which was cooked to perfection, good quality and very filling. Everything...

"Great hotel, very central location. Lots of parking available and staff very friendly and helpful pointing out the free car park rather than the one thats cost money. Never ate here this time but the food looked and smelt lovely. Very clean room with everything you need for a short break. Beds super comfy."
