It begins with the perfect location, complemented by landscape design that respects and blends with the surroundings. The interior design is balanced and clean, while the choice of finishing materials and the harmonious color palette create a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel staff are kind and pleasant. The corridors and stairways are spacious and feature thoughtful, interesting details. But the real smile arrives when you open your room door. The window seating area, framed by a wide window and a perfect view, invites you to sit down and never want to leave. Although we stayed for only one night, it was absolutely perfect..!"

"The hotel is fantastic for its design, the room and the view. I regret the quality of the food at the restaurant as well as its design which made me think I better cross the street to go to the Mac Donald. The Spa is great but its opening hours till 9PM makes it difficult to enjoy a business day, a restaurant and finishing the day at the spa. So sad."

"Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."

"This is a wonderful place to stay in Lindau. The staff was exemplary, the morning breakfast buffet was delicious - and it also had an outdoor seating area with lovely views. The outside seating can be accessed throughout the day and was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. The room was spotless with great amenities. They also offer a "honor bar" in the lobby with snacks, drinks, wine and beer. Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance as well."
