Great value for money in central location however for all of my seven days stay NONE of the refreshment machines in the lobby worked and no body cared or bothered to fix them I have pictures of the defective machines but no options to upload them. I feel I should receive partial refund as I did not receive the service I had paid for.

Good location and good sized suites. Staff not very friendly and room service needs to improve. Room service staff left their soiled wipe cloth in the toilet one day and towels were smelly.
