"Unique opportunity to stay in a windmill. We stayed in the room at the very top (the wheel room). The views are stunning and although it was a very windy couple of nights the occasional creaking from the wooden structure only added to the experience! Breakfast was excellent. Perfect poached eggs and good fish options available if desired. We also had a nice drink in the bar one evening. The Adnams Single Malt is lovely.
