"Lovely stay from check in with very helpful, friendly receptionist, excellent dinner with perfect service and the same with breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable with some nice touches ( homemade shortbread, good coffee and tea selection, dressing gowns). Nice location to see what North Norfolk has to offer. Only booked for 1 night but would definitely recommend."

"The room was clean, lovely to have a bath. Breakfast was delicious by a wood burning stove. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved being close to Wells next the sea. Garden view room 5 did not really have a view of the garden from the balcony because it was on the end. Overall, enjoyed the stay."
