"Arrived at 6pm check-in was at 4. Did not have our room ready, we had to wait for hour. And then we went to our room, and was it was occupied by another traveler. Went back to front desk to get another room and we had to wait for manager to authorize a new room. I complained about how this was unacceptable, they gave me $10 comp at the restaurant. Overall, a very nice place to stay but underwhelming service and mismanaged staff"
