Amazing staff! Whatever we needed they had us covered. From ice to the room to bringing us a bag my wife says that I left in the car! Of of course I did! lol
Left car at valet after our stay to get brunch to return to the car and all our bags were packed in the car. Fantastic

This is one of the quietest hotels I’ve stayed in, beautiful rooms, close to skytrain transit to take you either downtown or into Richmond, excellent sushi and other restaurants within walking distance, very friendly and helpful staff, I always stay here when in Vancouver and am a huge fan of this lovely small hotel.

The place was clean and welcoming. Everything was well prepared and carefully planned for us. The hot tub was a luxury. We had a such a wonderful time. We definitely recommend!
