It was an amazing experience at the resort. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool area and beach.
A few small improvements would make the experience even more consistent with a five-star hotel: adding extra towel or robe hooks in the shower area, installing a hygienic shower in the bathroom, and providing a capsule coffee machine in the room.
The location is also very convenient—just a short taxi or bus ride from Platania, with many restaurants and shops. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Great location for a relaxing vacation. The staff were accommodating and made our stay extremely comfortable. The beach and restaurants are all top tier. Recommend if you are interested in relaxing on the beach, or going on excursions in the Chania area.

"Wasn’t a “beach” hotel as advertised, no beach amenities at all, difficult to even get a sunbed by the pool as everyone reserves them so early despite hotel “policy” not allowing it. Sadly cannot understand how it’s rated so highly."
