"We needed one night and this was well suited. Clean facility, helpful staff. The coffee was in the lobby😕, not great. The room was very stark, white everything. Window opened about 2 inches. Zero seating ."

"Comfortable hotel ontop of the hill in central SF. Clean, spacious rooms and well serviced. A bit noisy if you are on the road side due to trams + cars. Great views of the city though as a compensation. Would recommend to others."

"The hotel lobby decor is outstanding. The seating area is beautiful. We had a ferry building and bay bridge close up view room on the 14th floor - we are local to the Bay area and had never seen views like that from a room before. Outstanding. Room was very comfortable. The only area for improvement, if there was one is the slow pace of the lift service. Other than that, it was a memorable stay."
