Given its location is the ideal holiday home in Stintino with small children, as well as for those who want a relaxing holiday and without confusion, but still convenient to the beach; in front of the villa, in fact, there is the sea with the first rocky coves, followed by 500 meters of the Ancora's equipped facility, to follow the beach of the Gabbiano, both free and equipped, and just beyond the beach's paradise.
