One of Villa Flora’s distinctive features is the exclusive champagne area, a space dedicated to relaxation and conviviality, complete with a gas fire pit, ideal for evening aperitifs with sea views and nights under the stars.



The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden, ensuring privacy and tranquility, and offers external parking.



Two independent units for maximum flexibility

The villa consists of two separate units, perfect for comfortably accommodating several families or groups of friends.



The main unit offers two air-conditioned bedrooms, a modern bathroom with marble finishes, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine), and a bright living area with smart TV and direct access to the veranda.



The annex is completely independent and includes four beds, private bathroom, and air conditioning.
