I'm reviewing this hotel bearing in mind it sells itself as a 4 star resort and with a a price point to match, at almost $250 a night. This said, a generally disappintong experience. There is little to no internet in the room and around the premises. The only place that has stable internet is the reception area, and forget about a data connection most places. The beaches are way nicer outside of the resort so what's the point of staying here for the beach? Bike rental is advertised as free on expedia but they charge €25 day, which is €15 more than the competing resort of Asinara park hotel closer to Stintino. Breakfast is lackluster and does not meet expectations for this price point. Maintanance issues around the property. Our room was nice but a vastly overprized resort for what it delivers.

Denk twee keer na voordat je deze accommodatie boekt. Wij raden het je af. Wij kregen kamer 341 toegewezen (we betaalde bijna 200 EUR per nacht incl. slecht ontbijt) en deze kamer was alles behalve wat je verwacht voor deze prijsklasse. Een groot gedeelte lag een plas met water door een lekkende airco dit meerdere keren aangegeven bij de receptie maar dit werd niet verholpen. Hierdoor zijn ook onze spullen nat geworden die op het bed lagen onder de AC. Er kwam een verschrikkelijke rioollucht uit de badkamer en als iemand de kraan gebruikt van de wasbak en tegelijkertijd stond er iemand te douchen werd de douche straal zo heet dat je je bijna verbrandde. Het terras is niet privé en deel je met alle kamers om je heen, het leek wel een studentenvereniging. Daarnaast hadden wij deze accommodatie geboekt omdat er een gym (sportschool) zou zijn. Dit staat aangegeven op de site van Expedia en is ook in een filmpje te zien op de eigen website van het hotel. Het hele park doorgezocht + gevraagd bij de receptie blijkt er geen gym meer te zijn. Wij hadden deze accommodatie niet geboekt als we wisten dat er geen gym zou zijn dus eigenlijk word je voor de gek gehouden. Receptie spreekt niet/nauwelijks Engels en meisje achter de receptie lacht je ook gewoon uit. (Hoop dat het haar onzekerheid was anders erg beledigend). Ontbijt is ronduit slecht. En zwembad gaat van 13:00 tot 15:00 dicht (juist het moment dat je het en duik wilt nemen) We wilden tot een oplossing komen met de accommodatie

Attention club de vacance

Très bien sauf que le descriptif et le non de l'hôtel rien est décrit comme un club de vacance, attention ce n'est pas un hôtel c'est un club de vacance avec toutes ces contraintes. Pas de restaurant mais une cafétéria avec buffet a volonté plus au moins bon, et horaire pour tous piscine qui est fermée entre midi et deux heures et demie spectacle le soir très bruyant difficile de dormir et clientèle avec pas d'éducation qui vous claque les porte jusqu'à 1 h du matin
