The property can accommodate up to six people comfortably in two bedrooms with one bathroom. Conveniently located 10 km (6 mi) from Stintino, Italy in the tourist area "Sardinia North Coast" and only 23 km (14 mi) from Porto Torres. If you'd like to visit the beautiful Italian coast, it's just a short distance to the sea (3 km 2 mi).

The house shares a swimming pool with 3 other dwellings. Although they belong to the same type, they may differ in terms of furnishings and equipment. The flats can be either ground floor or 1st floor.
