Our central apartment, minutes walk from Stirling city center, has been newly refurbished to create a stylish and comfortable space. Our apartment is perfect for those looking to relax after seeing the sights of Stirling, equally, it is a great place to unwind for those who are working within the area. We have worked hard to ensure we provide you with everything you need to have a great stay in Stirling.

The highlight of the property is the large airy living room, fitted out with a workstation, dining area, and a comfortable lounging area! The brand new modern kitchen is kitted out with everything you need to cook up a meal for a night in. Moving to the bedroom you will find a double bed made up with high-quality hotel standard linen with an adjacent modern bathroom.

Our apartment is less than a 10-minute walk from Stirling Train and Bus Stations. It's just a 12-minute walk up to Stirling Castle and only 5 minutes to Stirlings old bridge and the River Forth.

Across the road, there is a large supermarket which is ideal to pick up anything you need for your stay. As well as this there are plenty of takeaways within stones throw distance to the property.
- Please read the apartment manual on arrival at the property.

- No shoes indoors - please take off shoes in the entrance way as you enter the front door.

- Please respect our neighbours, and do not make significant noise or play loud music after 10pm. Please be quiet when entering and exiting the building.

- Strictly no parties. Our neighbours will make us aware of any parties and the police will be called and you will be asked to leave with no refund.

- No outside visitors or overnight guests without prior approval.

- We don't offer a maid service. It is a self catering apartment so if you make use of the kitchen please wash and put away your dishes.

- Towels provided must not be used for removal of makeup etc.

- No smoking, vaping, candles or incense burners permitted. You must leave the premises to smoke - including our garden. Please don't dispose of butts on the ground.

- If you damage something you should inform us so we can come to a fair agreement. If we have to request money for damage through Airbnb we will request the full replacement cost.
