The location is just perfect for any vacation to Prague. Management used messages via the Expedia app, and responded quickly to any requests. We used their driver, David, in both directions. He was a very nice guy and the car was great. We had the roof apartment. It was clean and exactly as described. Highly recommended.

Vraiment super hôtel avec un service hors pair! Bien localisé

Room was clean and decently equipped, would recommend to bring own body wash and shampoo. Hotel is nearly a straight shot to old town square, and near a McDonalds which comes in handy at 2am when nothing else is open. There is also a good currency exchange about a five minute walk away, much better than anything you will get at the airport, not to mention there’s an ATM attached to the property outside. Overall a fine hotel, especially for the money.

This hotel is in a fabulous location, just 20 steps from the main square in Old Town. Every attraction and restaurant we wanted to go to was within about 20 minutes on foot. The hotel has a lot of character with interesting rooms, and staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was serviceable but not great quality. There was one small bottle of hair conditioner, which I’d used up the first two days. I left the open bottle to show it was empty and it just stayed like that the next two days.

There were still garbage left in the trash can from previous people. The check in was not convenient. We arrived a little bit early and we checked in online and punch our code the in the main entrance but it wouldn’t allow us to enter the room until 3pm exactly. And there are no lockers or anything to drop off our luggage, so we had to stay around the room until 3pm to drop off our luggage.
