The apartment is located in the basement, faces south, and overlooks the garden, offering pleasantly cool temperatures even in the summer. It is situated on the outskirts of town, near the end of a cul-de-sac. Just a few steps (6) lead to the separate entrance in a three-unit residential building.
Despite its location on the outskirts, the Old Town is just a few minutes’ walk away, public transport is accessible within a 4-minute walk, and various shopping and recreational options (such as an indoor pool, outdoor pool, rope-making museum, art museum, etc.) are nearby.

• Sleeping & Living: The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed. There are also two single beds and a pull-out sofa bed in the living area. You can make yourself comfortable on the sofa and armchairs.

• Bathroom: The bathroom, which gets natural light, has a toilet, a sink, and a large shower.
