A fantastic hotel close to the city center with an good location. Everything is within walking distance, making it easy to explore Stockholm. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Jones at the reception, who greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome on my very first trip to Sweden. The breakfast is outstanding - a generous buffet with a wide variety of choices, offering something for everyone.

A very busy hotel yet quiet when you go to sleep. Nice view at floor 7. Be careful though if you order breakfast through room service because what you get in for 4-5 persons. Gigantic portions

The property was clean and well located. The breakfast food was very good. The food at lunch and dinner was not that great. I was served the daily dinner of fish and potatoes and the potatoes were not cooked. they offered me french fries instead but I did not want fried food. There was no concierge service or anyone behind the desk to offer any advice on what to do in Stockholm. The elevators were very overcrowded at Breakfast time. There were only three and one was out of service and one was so small it could only handle four people at a time comfortably.

Generally comfortable stay

Excellent reception area and great breakfas choices (if rather busy at times) Reasonable revening meal at the restaurant. Beds comfortable, excellent bathroom. Only complaint is that the wardrobe has little shelf space and very dark when the doors open.
