staff was excellent, hotel is in poor shape, screens torn. falling out, rooms sad, bedding is lacking, stained, towels sad, bathroom in need of repair, just a sad run down place. But staff was good

The staff was nice which is why I did not give it 1 star. The hotel seemed old and in need of updating. There are no remote controls for the televisions and the internet was inoperable. I stayed for maybe an hour but then booked a new hotel.

You get what you pay for. The first room we got was never clean, beds were very dirty and the pillows had nasty stains. The receptionist moved us to a different room on the same conditions. They refuse to reinvers us so we had to pay a room in a different hotel.

Thee worst hotel stay ive ever experienced!!!! Carpet,walls,floors,bathroom were stained and dirty. Even the towels were stained or dirty! Oh and only 1 towel and floor mat. No vending machine or water available A depost of 60.00 was required even after booking on this site I would appreciate a full refund if possible.

Worst place EVER!! I have Never had to give a bad review. Do not stay here and it should be removed from hotels.com Filthy, stained sheets, dirty pillow cases, pillows probably 25 years old, pulled back the sheets to find a yellow & black stained crib sized mattress pad, pulled it back to find a black molded mattress. Scary place, lost our money, but no way we were staying. My husband made me leave before taking more photos. The one good thing was the lady at the check in desk, and it must be a terrible area because she had to check my ID and confirm it was me that made the reservation before unbolting the door. And she is behind a shield in a private room. That should have been my first clue.

Disgusting, keep looking!!

It was absolutely awful!! The rooms and baths were filthy, wads of used toilet paper on the floor, disgusting shower and sink, one sheet covering an extremely stained mattress, stank of urine, floors were dirty. Was shown three dirty rooms before I moved a sheet from one bed to the other to sleep between. Don't know if the sheets had been changed because they were dirty/stained as well. Worst night ever!! You should not represent this place. Please don't send anyone here!! I'm reluctant to book through your service if this is what I might end up with. 😖 The heating system worked.
