Relaxing, spacious, secluded house on the Calaveras River with private dock!

  • Privacy and seclucion is what you'll find when you stay at this Home. House is located on a 1acre lot with a park like yard. The property is located in the Country Club area of Stockton with the Calaveras River as an access point to the San Joaquin River. With a private Dock on the back yard the Delta comes included and the adventure possibilities are endless. 10 minutes will have you on fast water so bring your Boat or keep it simple and bring a fishing pole and cast right of the Dock while sipping coffe or enjoying a beer. Enjoy this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home which includes a jacuzzi hot tub in the master bedroom. In the kitchen you'll find everything you'll need to prepare an amazing meal. Please be advised that water is only visible from atop the levy and dock. Property is also monitored with a camera in the front driveway and a second camera in the rear yard.
