"Decent, small rooms, no breakfast. Asked for multiple pillows. Only got 1. No cleaning services during stay"

"Booked 7 months ahead of stay a 2 queen bed suite check in send us to suite 233 hallway completely tore up doors taped off so we scan door anyway to go in room looked fine except for a queen room with a pullout not 2 queens and the bed had been slept in. So we go back to front desk they have no suites left so they give us 2 studios which was fine except for the next morning they try to kick us out because we were walk ins and they have regionals this away 30 minutes before I had to be to a state pool competition they tell us they’ll figure it out, so we leave when we get back that night to hotel cards don’t work to get in they blame it on new card system but the next two days they worked fine every morning about 7:30-8 construction on the floor carpet getting ripped out painting etc at one point we couldn’t get to first floor through elevator because of floor leveler it all in all was a mediocre stay would not recommend "

"This property would be great for a large group. Unfortunately we were there for one night and found it very difficult to find. It's on a super busy street with traffic whizzing by 24/7 which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The address was impossible to find. There are some rocks out front along the street, but they were hidden by a car sitting on the front lawn with a 'for sale' sign on it. The busy street made it impossible to slow down and look for an address. We only were sure we had the right property when the code worked. We had to help our additional car find it by standing on the front lawn and waving our hands. I do think the super busy street should be mentioned in the post so those of us who need a bit of quiet won't rent this property. Again, it was clean and a great place for a large group to party in. Also the TV in the living room was an ancient one that couldn't connect with the internet without buffering a black screen for long enough we thought it was dead. The one downstairs worked great. "
