The Net Loft of Stonington “F”

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Unit “E” is one of 4 units that were designed with luxury in mind. The fully applianced kitchen with high end appliances is an open concept to the living room. The furniture is beautiful and the king size beds with memory foam cool mattresses. The baths have heated floors right into the showers. Beautiful wide hardwood. These units have been designed with safety in mind. State of the art sprinklers, CO and security systems for your peace of mind.
The space
This unit is 1 of 4 that I own. The location is close to downtown Mystic but far enough away from the congestion. Private parking, keypad entrance, elevator upstairs to the 4 luxury apartments. You won’t find anything close to this for luxury and hospitality in Stonington/Mystic. Just read the reviews of the Net Loft of Stonington “C”. That unit opened 6/21/21 and has received super host status with 19-5 star ratings

Our guests can access all the common areas inside and outside the building and the fenced off area with the gazebo, grill and picnic tables
Other things to note
These apartments are above my floor covering company Mystic Coastal Flooring. We are open Tuesday-Fri 8-5 Sat 8-12 and we are closed Sunday and Monday. The premises have security cameras outside only and the building has state of the art fire,CO detection systems in place. Each unit along with the common areas are also sprinkler protected for your safety. Your families safety and well being is our number one priority.
