"Great spot. Exactly as advertised. Was up there on one of the hottest weekends of the year and MOST importantly the AC cranked when it was needed. Beds were comfy as well. Beautiful backyard zen garden and very conveniently located to the lake. Quiet at night. No issues at all. Danny was a great host."

"This house is one of the best locations on Greenwood Lake, and allowed us to float in refreshing clear water, enjoy a campfire, eat dinner on the picturesque porch, and soak up lake life. We rented a boat at the nearby marina and had a blast. We are grateful to have booked it! Rooms are basic but comfortable, and perfect for a lake weekend. Note to potential renters: this is some of the clearest water on the lake (no algae, seaweed, etc.) - if you’re looking for a Greenwood Lake rental, this is a home run!"

"What an awesome property! Right on the water, tied up our boat to the dock, the water was incredible. The house is great, clean, and well-stocked with everything you need. Awesome game room too! And great communication with easy check-in/out. Can’t wait to stay here again!"

"I loved this house! So charming, decorated beautifully and has everything you need for a great stay. The location is close to shopping and lots of activities. It’s quiet and lovely to wake up the mooing of the cows next door. I would definitely stay here again. JT was easy to work with and very friendly. "
