Nice cabin tucked into the Pines.

We enjoyed our stay in this cabin and had a wonderful time adventuring in the Big Horns. Sheridan downtown is a quick drive and was very nice.

Peaceful and relaxing

Loved our stay here! Quiet area with sounds of the nearby creek and water rushing. Perfect place to get away and stay while enjoying the Big Horn Mountains.

Perfect Getaway

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this cozy, rustic cabin with so much family history & character! The setting surrounded by tall trees and running creek was peaceful and a great home base to explore the Bighorns. Friendly, responsive hosts and we felt very welcome. Hope to return again!

Perfect Setting

We were just looking for a place for a quick getaway, this cabin was absolutely perfect. We grilled outside for dinner abd breakfast, had a fire going in the firepit. Was clean, private and exactly as listed. Thank you for a wonderful little memory

Fantastic Cabin

Storybook Cottage was all we had hoped for. Beautiful scenery and the sound from the stream lured us to sleep at night. There was a white rabbit hoping around and my granddaughter loved it. Marilyn was fantastic to work with. We will be back!!!

Cozy and Perfect

The property was a perfect retreat in the woods. We loved the wood fireplace and all the amenities of the house. The owners were friendly and when we had trouble with the hot water, they had no problem coming over and showing us what we were doing wrong. 😂

Great Cabin!

First and foremost, five stars for the cabin and location. I have no complaints. The cabin has everything we needed to have a great stay. Check in and out was seamless and easy. The location is beautiful with a creek flowing nearby.A few things to note. There is a house nearby within sight of the cabin. The cabin host has taken some steps to increase the privacy with landscape fencing. We were there for four nights and actually never saw anyone else. The other thing is that while we were there, the creek with the walking bridge over it in front of the cabin was dried up. No big deal for us as there is another creek 100 yards behind the cabin.Overall, no complaints about the cabin or property. We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing getaway

We loved our stay at the cabin, and we look forward to returning next year. This classic mountain cabin was built in the 40’s by the owner’s family. They even have the guest books all the way back to the beginning. They were a lot of fun to read through. The amenities are simple, humble, and perfectly appropriate for a very comfortable stay. We were here a week, and wanted to stay longer. The cabin sits right above one gorgeous stream, and a larger branch is a short walk behind the cabin. The sound of rushing water is constant and wonderful. When we first pulled in, we were a bit disappointed by a large house under construction, which is quite close to this cabin. We soon realized that the setup is such that you only really see it when you drive in and out, and the privacy you feel while at the cabin is perfect. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, and helpful with local tips and recommendations. We’ll be back soon!

The cabin is unique and historic as well as peaceful with just the water racing past. We got a little lost on the dirt road but they came and assured us we were in the right place. I would definitely stay here again.
