We were disappointed because half of the hotel was in renovation and our room was with an old carpet instead hardwoodfloor (like in the pictures). We were not notified about any of that beforehand. Other than that a great hotel in a great surrounding.

It was such a lovely experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were so big and really well looked after. The pool was sensational and never busy. The hotel is placed really well and plenty of places to eat and walk round. The staff were really friendly. It was nice as well as it is and adults only hotel.

Charming location, easily found from motorway. Historic building, could hear next door guest talking, luckily they didn't do that much, let alone snore. No TV in room so couldn't cast from phone.
