" Because of flight delays we were very late getting to the hotel. The front desk clerk was there to open the front door. She quickly got us to our room. The room was clean and comfy. We were able to get a late checkout because I’m a Bonvoy member. It was a great experience. "

"This is a great property to stay in. There was a restaurant right across the street one a little ways down that you could walk to and plenty of options a short drive away. I would have given that hotel five stars except the building we stayed and did not have an elevator, and we were older people that had to carry our luggage up and down two flights upstairs to our hotel room "

"The grounds and accomodations are very nice. The complain has to do with the two main restaurants. One can expect based on the beautiful and elegant settings a much better meal experience even more considering the prices. We had dinner at Alpine Hall and room service from Tipsy Trout and we just can't recomend them. It is advisable to seak a nice meal experience elsewhere."
