7.8/10 Good! (137 reviews)
Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort.

Under couch and bed looked like it had not been vacuumed in months. Most of the staffed appeared to be annoyed anytime someone spoke to them. We have been previously and this time was the worst visit, next trip we will stay elsewhere.
