"The descrfiption mentioned there is hot tub. that is the only reason why i booked this room - for my son. But when i c hecked in, there was no hot tub. When i checed with the agent, she said it's not her problem. previously there was a hot tub, and then they removed it which was obviously a lie. Furthermore she was rude, even before i said anything she became so defensive and said its not her problem. you want to complain, go complain to Hotels.com, this has nothing to do with me."

"We had a wonderful stay at Lillian’s apartment in Straits Quay. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had absolutely everything we needed for our time in Penang. The location is fantastic—very easy to navigate, with great hawker stalls just a 10–15 minute walk away, and a variety of more upscale restaurants conveniently located right in the building.The Straits Quay complex itself is lovely, with lots of services, shops, and activities available on-site, which made everything incredibly convenient. Lillian was a warm and responsive host, and her attention to detail made our stay even better.Highly recommended—we would happily stay here again!"

"The properly is quite run down with many broken things: - the sofa is badly stained and smell bad - 2 out of 6 chairs are broken - both fob keys not working - toilet papers not provided - tissue papers not provided - exhaust fan in both bathrooms not working resulting in misty and damp environment that encourages mould to grow - towels not provided at check in and provided when requested - floor is dirty throughout the whole house. We didn't want to wear shoes in the house but it was not to be bare feet in the house. Although prompt actions were taken when problems were reported, small details like that shouldn't be overlooked for incoming guests causing unnecessary inconvenience. Last thing - kitchen utensils can do with a bit of upgrade 😀. Small details make a lot of differences in experience. "
