Bien mais literie a revoir.

Agréablement surpris a l'arrivée, l'accueil est sympa, l'hôtel est bien placé, en arrivant dans la chambre, c est propre, bien équipé, salle de bain correct et fonctionnelle, une tv de belle taille, bref c est cool. Seul gros problème pour moi, la literie qui n est vraiment pas top, une planche de bois comme sommier et un matelas pas très épais, au réveil, je ressents quelques douleurs.

Hôtel situé dans une zone commerciale donc pas top au niveau environnement. La chambre est propre mais vieillissante,petite baignoire en guise de bac de douche qui résonne dans la chambre et les portes d entrée des chambres dont le groom est mal réglé,avec des voisins non discipliné cela fait beaucoup de bruit lorsqu elle se ferme.

Staffs were nice, friendly and informative. The hotel is old, more like motel, need up date and keep the outside area clean. The bed and linen sheets are cleaned but the carpet was not so it’s smell musty. The area is good and convenient to restaurants and stores. The continental breakfast was very good more than what we expected, eggs and bacon etc.

Cost beneficial

This is a small hotel located outside of the city in a nice outdoor shopping area that look alike the outlet venues in the US. The room are smalls and provide for basic amenities. It is a good economical choice if you have a car as it is about 20 minutes by car from Strasbourg city center. Beds are not very comfortable but acceptable for a 2 nights stay.

Appelle hotline, arrivé trop tard du coup borne automatique et me demande de payé alors que j'ai déjà payé sur hôtel.com, le Mr que je respecte me dit tout ce qui est hôtel.com c'est des réservations et non des paiements, verdict j'ai payé deux une fois hôtel.com et une fois BNB magnifique...tout s'arrange avec la personne de la réception les chambres sont bof tout ça pour dire que normalement les BNB c'est terminé a moins d'être vraiment bloqué

Nous sommes très mécontent, nous avions réserve et payer une chambre de 2 adultes et 2 enfants sur internet 260€, le jour de notre arrivée nous avons du repayer 235,20€ car le responsable d’accueil na pas voulu venir faire son travail soit encaisse une provision et du coup il nous a dit de repayer et que le lendemain nous verions avec son responsable, du coup le lendemain nous avons vu son responsable et nous a fait un remboursement mais a ce jours toujours pas recu sur le compte. Fini pour nous cette hotel. Cordialement
