Brilliant location. Staff were very accommodating at the reception desk in the afternoon to look after our luggage and also in the evening to provide an ice pack and medical assistance to one of our party. Breakfast was good if you like a continental breakfast. Good quality.

Very close to the central railway station, the room was comfortable and clean, window looking to the inner yard so no street noise, it had everything you need to have a good rest after travelling all day. The check-in and checkout was fast and friendly. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but 1 min walk away is a very good boulangerie with coffe and great choice of bread and pastry. I can definitely recommend and would stay again myself.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially as we had a larger van that required additional parking resources! We appreciated the layout of a the room and ability to stay in one room as a family of 5 (Murphy bed was a hit with our middle kiddo!). The hotel was very convenient to local transportation (across from train station and all trains/street cars to get around town). Our only complaint (if it is one!) is that shower stall was tiny- couldn't turn or move without touching the glass sides!

Great location, renovated room. Good quality for the price. The breakfast is worthed. There was a mistake on the room allocated, which was too small while I had made a reservation for a party of 5 and no bigger rooms where available. They quickly solved the issue by proposing to have a second room. It was appreciated.

Alsace room. Great price vs. location. Actually very short distance to center of Strasbourg. Clean and friendly staff. One minor issue is some leaking water out of shower booth probably due to gap between shower booth door and its bottom whenever using. Other than it, it was great.

The room was modern, clean and heated. The bathroom was sufficient. We had a small leek in the shower. There was only one elevator which we had to wait for several times. At checkin we aldo had to wait a considerable amount of time till the receptionist came. Breakfast was pleasantly surprising. Many choices and the staff in charge of it was very helpful, friendly and constantly making sure nothing was running out and that everything was clean.

*********attention******* Shocking hotel, they advertise that there is air conditioning. We changed 2 rooms and neither of them has air conditioning only hot fan rooms #310 and 410. you sit sweating in your room.... It seems no air conditioning all rooms, I talk with another guests. Very very small rooms. Excellent location! Asked to talk with the manager and they told that she will not be 2 weeks. The water in the shower flows weakly. It looks like a hotel that is not maintained at all.
