The hotel is located next to a highway and other hotels of this style. It is easiy accessible by car, but not so much by public transport. Usually it's not too noisy in the area and there is enough space for secure, free parking. The hotel, room, bath, are always clean. Staff are always friendly, helpful. Even if this is a simpler hotel, the breakfast can compete with that of more elaborate places. The food is very good with healthy options. The hotel is welcoming to families with children. There is even a play area next to the dining room.

Overall, I'd stay again and I did have a comfortable stay. However, I have a few criticisms: 1) pls do something about the shower curtains. Either have a new one for each stay or figure out how to extend the glass and not have it at all. It's icky.; 2) please improve the breakfast. The waffles taste bad, and I did toast them. Maybe just have better bakery items in general, they don't have to be expensive. Overall, the room did show quite a bit of wear and tear, so maybe replace/renovate accordingly. Once again, it was a good stay (I know what a bad stay is like). Merci.

Good value accommodation, closely situated to major roads for convenient access. Room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The hotel is located to what is currently a building site. I perceived the area to be a bit 'edgy', and not somewhere to be wandering around too much.

Good Service, good value hotel and good location

We have been staying at this Ibis twice a year for 16 years, and have always been happy with the service. It is our mid journey stop and we welcomed the addition a few years ago of the opportunity to have a hot meal too. We travel with our dog and have never had a problem in that respect. We will continue to use this hotel in the future. Its location next to the M83 is ideal as we just pull off the motorway, have a meal and a good sleep, and then drive straight back on to the motorway to continue our journey.

Very small room and although staff were available for out of hours check-in, the hotel itself and the surroundings were dirty. This should have not been given any star rating so that people would think twice before booking and not get dissappointed by already knowing what they are in for ! That said, staff were very polite and helpful.
