Hotel was clean, I loved the little tea/coffee bar. The front desk staff was great… our first room had an issue with the heater and the staff was so incredibly kind and helped us resolve the issue without any hassle. Great location, would definitely come back!

$40.00 “amenity” fee is a bit ridiculous. If you offered coffee and water on every floor so I didn’t have to wait to get my fist cup- maybe then it would be worth it. But to go all the way to the lobby to a sub par presentation no thanks. The rest of the inclusions are unnecessary and in this day just puts a bad taste in people’s mouths.

Outside the front door were large planters with dead summer flowers. Horrible first impression. Christmas decor inside was cheesy, tired and would have been better throwing the pitiful Christmas tree away. Pride in appearence is critical to image.
