Do not swim in the lake then the pool. Contamination will happen. A cleaning fee will occur. Boat Deck and Boat Lift must be pre-approved before use.

Keep all doors closed at all times. No pets. No Smoking. No parties. Do not touch/adjust any of the outside equipment/gauges/thermostats.

All names and ages of guests must be sent at the time of booking. No added guests allowed. Eviction and no refund if this rule is broken.
