The home is arranged over two levels.

Ground Floor
The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, modern bathroom, and access to the private balcony. The balcony offers sweeping views of Lake Maggiore, the Borromean Islands, and the surrounding mountains—ideal for breakfast, sunset drinks, or simply relaxing in silence.

Upper level
The upper floor is a cosy living and sleeping area with exposed wooden beams, a 50" Smart TV, and a single daybed with a memory-foam mattress. This space serves as a relaxing lounge during the day and as an additional sleeping area at night.

Sleeping arrangement
Casa Bella Vista Levo 10 is best suited for couples or small families. It features one double bedroom plus one single daybed in the upper living/sleeping area, making it ideal for a couple, a couple with one child, or up to three guests who are comfortable with this layout.

Comfort & convenience
Wi-Fi, Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, fully equipped kitchen, professional cleaning, and dedicated private parking are included. A small outdoor garden area rounds out the stay.

Italian law requires us to collect a copy of each guest’s ID or passport before or at check-in and submit the required information to the local authorities. Thank you for your cooperation.

The Municipality of Stresa requires a tourist tax of €1.00 per night per guest. Children under 6 are exempt. If not already paid through VRBO, it will be collected separately.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
