"We have contacted the property to upgrade the booking as we realised we booked room without A/C and towels provided by mistake. We got "an upgrade" to apartment. Big garden outside and a pool are there to mask the reality of how the property looks inside. Apartment was full of ants, dirty dished in the kitchen, missing toilet seat, broked door handle, paint falling of the walls. Poll was dirty and had a dead lizard in it for days. There was sprinklers overwatering the garden all day and one day...

Dragged suitcases 50 yards over rough pavers from gravel parking lot. No pillows in room, trash not emptied and greasy headboard on bed. Ok, its just a place to sleep for one night. 30 minutes later extreme loud music starts blasting. Find out they'd booked an 18th birthday party but didnt bother to message us beforehand to give us an...
