There was however a shortage of front desk staff. When we arrived there was a 15 min wait until a staff member showed up.

Fantastic location with great facilities for families. Room extremely spacious with vast lounge. Comfortable beds and lots of storage. Food good but maybe lunch time snack menu Required Some staff maybe not as courteous as others.

Expected Better Food
The breakfast was average, I expected more for the cost. Front desk staff were excellent, dinner service was inconsistent. Views were amazing, pool and sauna great; I would come back but not eat there.
