"We had a slight snafu with our room as the jetted tub did not work. But the staff in minutes had us relocate to another room where the tub worked excellent just needs a better plug. Both rooms were very clean spotless. The housekeeping helped us and the overall staff were kind and very helpful. BIG shout to the bar manager at The Lounge, Amy. She was so very nice and helpful and you can tell she really cares about her place of employment. She has pride and a wonderful spirit! The food is all home made and delicious! We had such a great stay and will be back! A hidden gem for sure!"

"Fresh? The only thing that was so called fresh was apples that looked old. No pastries, only white bread not really impressed. But the waffles were great "

"I paid for a City View and two beds, they gave me 1 bed first and 2 bed no view the second time. I had to change 3 different times and they charged me for the change. "

"We did have a great time however upon entering the room I was very upset because the room pictured looked nothing like the actual room. I thought I chose a beautiful blue room but instead the room we got was plain and nothing like the pictures. The staff were great and the restaurant was great but our room was not."

"Hotel was good enough for a one night stay. Bathroom flooring was peeling up and we had to call maintenance for the toilet. Had a cheerleading competition in town so the amount of tumbling/jumping from other rooms made it difficult to relax and sleep fully. "
