- Rent this beautifully updated first-floor 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath condo offering stunning golf course and lake views overlooking the 10th hole of the Resort Golf Course. The split-suite floor plan provides privacy with two separate bedroom wings, complemented by a spacious Living and Dining area that flows directly onto a large glass-enclosed and screened patio, perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
The Beachwalk Village swimming pool is conveniently located right next to the building, while the sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean are just steps away across the street, accessible through the community’s private beach dune crossing.
Please note: Beachwalk requires tenant applications to be submitted to the association at least 7 days prior to arrival for approval.
***A nonrefundable damage protection policy fee of $125 is required in addition to the total booking charges through Vrbo. The property manager will contact you directly to arrange payment.***
