    Enjoy a true open design as the porch flows seamlessly into the living room, dining room and large kitchen with island. High speed ( 1 GB) internet.
    Brand new appliances include a dishwasher, french door refrigerator, high end induction range/oven, Keurig and over the range microwave.
    Reverse Osmosis (RO) water filtration assures you of high quality, good tasting water and ice.

    The living room has a new powered recliner couch and loveseat, with additional seating. The large media center includes a 65" 4k tv and surround sound setup.
    In house treadmill and exercise equipment. King bed in master, and queen murphy bed in guest bedroom both with new mattresses including gel and bamboo toppers assures of a good nights sleep with all bedrooms offering blackout curtains.
