"Pictures online match the property exactly. Our check in person was very warm and friendly. The lady who made breakfast was also very friendly and answered any questions any guest had. This was a perfect place for our trip. The house was beautiful. We all agreed we would stay there again. "

"The place was clean and comfortable - a great location for a wonderful visit to the Hocking Hills area with family! There were plenty of recommendations about things to do and places to eat, many of which we took advantage of. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. The listing stated that there was a washer and dryer but there were not. The hosts stated that this was an error in the listing which would be fixed. The only other issue we had was the water heater that went out while one of us was showering. But it was working again the next day, so not a major issue. In all, we’d definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in the area! "

"It was overall wonderful! Had our wedding anniversary celebration in Hocking Hills doing hiking and kayaking activities. Found this Primrose B&B place to stay and didn’t disappoint. Located in Nelsonville cute little town, few mins walk to restaurants and Hocking Valley scenic train, 30 mins drive to Hocking Hills tourist spots, also Logan lake and Wayne Forest is close. Check in/out process and communication is good. Breakfast is delicious! Jennifer our housekeeper deserves appreciation.Only the water pot needs to be replaced as its has some rust on it. Otherwise it was a decent and memorable stay! We also booked in Terrace room it has a separate backdoor entrance close to where we parked our car, easy way to load/unload our things. :)"
