"Decent, had discount which lowered price. Noisier as its near main road. Room could be cleaner and overall probably not worth the place. I did not stay for the downtown area and just stopped as an in-between place. Cheaper options/better value probably around"

"My expectations were somewhere in the middle but could not have been more delighted with every aspect of my stay. The hotel manager (just lovely) was working the front desk. Check-in around 10pm was perfect. The lobby area is cozy, clean, organized, and welcoming. My room was terrific, a good size with pristine linens and bathroom. Breakfast attendant (Judy) was helpful, very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast itself was plentiful and fresh, with more than your average free-breakfast...

"Literally a historical site. On the national registry and everything. Right across from the police station, so probably no safer area in town. "

"My third stay - it’s a convenient stopover point when I’m headed to Boston . Dated rooms and fixtures, but clean, comfortable and a good value for an overnight stopover. "

"The web page said there was a restaurant on the property. When we arrived, we were told there was not and the web had not been updated. That was important for us. we would have gone to another hotel if we had known. Also, housekeeping only cleans the room every three days while you stay there. They should at least get the trash and see if you need anything. "
